If we are unable to charge your card successfully, we will send an e-mail notification at which time you can either submit another credit card order or after contacting your cardholder authorize another attempt to charge. If the order is more than 3 days old and we have not been notified how to proceed, the order will be canceled. If this occurs, please feel free to return to our store to place another order at any time.
